David has 11 years experience in racing. He started in a Pee-Wee Go-Kart at age 6 and raced in that division for 2 years. David was very successful with 6 wins, 28 2nd place finishes and 13 3rd place finishes in his 2 seasons in that division. We moved David up to the rookie purple division and into a full size Go-Kart; David also had a lot of success in that division. David had 12 wins, 23 2nd place finishes and 18 3rd place finishes in 2 seasons.

We then decided that we needed to move into something more challenging, that is when we moved into Quarter Midget Racing. David had much success in his 4 seasons of Quarter Midget racing as well; he had 24 wins, 15 2nd place finishes and 24 3rd place finishes. David only finished outside the top three 3 times. David also captured the Heavy 160 Championship at the West End Quarter Midget Assc. in 2005.

The 2006 season was a very successful racing season for David. David was the “Rookie of the Year” at the Chemung Speedrome in New York and finished 5th in the Series Points. He also raced in some national events at Old Dominion Speedway in Virginia, in the three events he finished 3rd, 7th and 9th.After his 3rd place finish at Old Dominion David was offered a ride with Austin Legends of Virginia.

The 2007 season was an awesome year for David. He ran a full schedule at Old Dominion Speedway in the Austin Legends #3. David also competed in several other races at various tracks in the Polenz Motorsports #3. David had 28 starts. In the 28 starts, he had 4 feature wins, 8 Semi-pro wins, 20 top fives, 28 top tens, he finished 2nd in Points at Old Dominion Speedway, 5th in points at Spencer Speedway, 2nd in the INEX New Jersey State Points and 29th in the INEX National Points.

The 2008 season was David's best season to date. Like 2007, he ran a full schedule at Old Dominion Speedway in the Austin Legends #3 and also competed in several other races at various tracks in the Polenz Motorsports #3. David's season at Old Dominion Speedway was outstanding, winning 7 out of 13 races, finishing in the top five in all 13 races and ending the season with an average finish of 2nd place. Overall, David had 26 oval track starts. Out of those 26 starts he had 9 feature wins, 20 top fives, 24 top tens. He won the Legends Points Championship at Old Dominion Speedway, he won the INEX Pro Legends New Jersey State Championship and finished 10th in the INEX Pro Legends National Point Standings.
